What if you could reveal your true self to everyone you met? Do you remember the last time you went thru your “Life-Locker and learned about yourself? I posed a question today to someone and said, “what is your greatest strength?”

How many have made an investigation about us? Millions around the world read books about political, military and personal investigations. Why don’t you watch “CSI – You”, the new hit show about your life and thoughts? What are your strengths, weaknesses, quirks and list of favorite things?

Do you have someone in your life to instruct you about you? QUESTIONS AND QUESTIONS…

Once you have mustered up the balls to ask that person, take this information and match it to who you think you are. How is your personal profile looking now? Have you met this new you or are you willing to enhance these newfound strengths? Your world depends on your ability to ask questions and shake hands with weakness. This journey will collide your perception with reality and explode your potential.

Where Are You?

The past few days I have thought quite a bit about people being comfortable in their own skin. Many of us say we are comfortable, we say we know who we are, we say we are confident but our actions speaks another language.

Our cultures wire us to believe we need to mirror someone. Magazines, television, online content all point to trends and popularity. All of these things are great and feed your inner self to feel more important but do they? The question ping pongs back to you in which we say… who are you?

How do you become more comfortable with your self? How do you become more comfortable around others? How can someone learn these attributes about them? The true root of the question must be triggered to selflessness. Meaning: If I can know and understand myself, then I will unlock the ability to help others.

Do you want to help another human being? ….Well the answer is “Yes.” In some way we yearn to embrace gratification in assisting another. We look back at what was accomplished and although the work was gritty and labor intensive, we grin because we know. We know that our actions were true and noble, we know we did the right thing. We must link these feelings back to the root of inspiration for us. This inspiration lies in “YOU”.

SUM: In order to know more about you, you must invest in people who will bring the inner you to the light. The true answer lies in your relationship with Jesus and your dedication to the Word of God. The pages in this book will answer many questions you may have. The remaining questions should be fielded by those who truly care about your future. Not your boyfriend or one of your mates/friends.

These questions can only be discussed with those who deliver concrete answers, those people are usually the ones you avoid most. Enjoy the journey.

 

how to choose happy?

I like to think I am one of those happy individuals. Not because my life is without obstacles but because I strive toward finding honey in trash.  If it’s cloudy, I say to myself, well its better than being drenched in sun with no air conditioning or if its cold….  i remind myself ….  hey, at least you have warm clothes and HEATED SEATS in your car…..  better believe I have them HEATED SEATS.

Those are simplistic details in life, the thoughts which mostly go unnoticed and dismissed.  I never really think of how I choose to be happy but today i pressed rewind on my cassette tape of life.  I remembered things I say when approached with a depressing or dismal scenario….. The good answers and choice to be happy lies in my utter disgust with being UNHAPPY.  I don’t like it, and i don’t like when others are unhappy.

But you say to yourself….  I feel overwhelmed and sad.  I dont know what I am going to do with my life and everybody appears to have it together…..  My friends suck ….. My job is lame…. I don’t have a boyfriend/girlfriend….. I am broke and have no money…..even worse…. I am broke and have DEBT.

My ultimate point of sadness today came when I began to think of all the people around me who are working and doing all they know to do to be successful…… AND DO NOT HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS.  Those individuals days will be dreary, they will encounter bouts of frustration and not know how to fix it.  They will foster diseased relationships, they will walk a spaghetti twisted road of confusion that leads to darkness.  When they arise in the morning fear will seize their souls clothing and whisper horrific things….. the lovers in their life will lie, cheat and steal from them.

When they do reach success, their soul has been trafficked and they cannot even locate it.  Success has taken so long they could never barter it for an illusion called FAITH.  They trade the pleasures now and unknowingly accept torture tomorrow.  These were my thoughts of sadness today, these  thoughts climbed into my Soul backpack and lingered just long enough.  Now I must react and advance forward with our Vision from Jesus.  He needs us now more than ever.

I choose to accept the Vision Jesus placed before us and reach to the lost.  Grab them, shake them if needed at times and give a never ending happiness.  Buddha can try as hard as he wants, but the source is much greater.

What a task at hand for those who truly love Jesus. On one end we have to be wise and mindful of talents used to forward Jesus around the global.  It is a task which is ever growing and moving faster than the day before.

As Christians we are instucted to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every nation.  It says in the Bible… EVERY NATION.  In order for us to effectively imprint his name around the globe we have to be on the cutting edge of global information. No longer can we sit back and be two steps behind.  If we as Christians are fishing the marketplace we need to be aware of current marketplace analytics.

My prayer is for teams of people around the world to fight to move his name forward.  I believe we will see a new form of technological talent which will reshape our way of thinking. If we start small, a replication will occur to infiltrate every layer of communication.  Start Small, Finish Big.

It is our call and duty to display the name of Jesus Christ to every nation and every tongue.  Our call church is to pick up his name and lift it higher, in new ways, in new formats and with creative solutions. Challenge yourself to increase your capacity to learn and maximize new projects proclaiming his Name.

Does this generation have Net Worth?

I guess we begin to monitor our bank accounts while we comatose our lives in the news and look at ourself in the mirror and say “net worth?”

Bottom Line is most of us are worth more dead than alive, that is pending you have life insurance of some sort. During financial difficulties such as these Americans are stretched beyond their means. This equivocates that not only are we in debt, but we are in debt at higher levels than before. What is your current evacuation plan?

Suggestions arise from every channel and on most online sites but has it helped? Have you changed your spending habits? Have you prepared for the future or do you continue to stall your financial goals? Without a vision the people perish and without complete awareness of your current economic status you become just another stepping stone for someone who does.

If you allow yourself to die during these crisis times it will be the ones who have prepared who will take everything you turned a blind eye to. You must choose this day.

Story

Today I believe we are a chosen generation. We have gifts and talents which properly developed will shape those around you. We do no know what battles lie ahead which is why each day becomes a day of training. Most of you have come to church before…. Sat down…. Attempted to listen to a sermon, only to find yourself trying to remember errands which need attention, a conversation we had with a friend, your childrens upcoming schedule. How many times have we sat down and told ourself we must go change……

How much longer will we elude Christ’s vision which has been placed before us? How many disturbing world events will it take before we finally understand the urgency to pray? Are we positioning ourself as an ambassador of Christ, or a leader in our community? Is our home an access point to reach the unsaved? Do we know our identity in Christ as well as we know how our bank details? Boldness is available to those who forge their lives with knowledge.

I would like to read a quote from a 1961 inaugural speech which you have heard many times.
